Hi Paul – I ran into this a year ago or so, and found that a simple file replacement works. Assuming:

    - Both courses are Tin Can and therefore have the same manifest name
    - You have FTP access to the site

You can use your FTP software to access the site and overwrite the directory of files for the course, which are located in the /public_html/wp-content/uploads/grassblade/ file path. Of course be careful to ensure that you are overwriting the correct course, assuming you have more than one.

After doing this the new files should show when you launch the course. (If not, try clearing the Browser cache.)

Hope this helps! Dan at PathWise Solutions

I believe it is generally browser cache. Because its very likely that you will upload a modified version of same content to the same xAPI Content page.

    Hi Purva,

I believe I looked at it very late and you should have figured out, but for others who see it again. The forbidden errors are generally due to Modsecurity rules.

    Hi,

I have similar issue with Purva does and I am still no clue what's wrong. I always got "page not found" after uploading.
